We offer a variety of French, market-inspired cooking classes and food tours Monday through Saturday. Entertaining and educational, there is a class or food tour for every kind of visitor to Provence; full-day cooking classes that include a market tour and four-course meal, half-day cooking or pastry classes. For those that don’t want to cook, but are interested in learning more about the foods of Provence and France, we offer a Market tour, a Food tour with wine tasting, and a French cheese & wine workshop. For all our classes, we use fresh, seasonal and local ingredients from the South of France that we find at the market in Aix-en-Provence.
We demystify the art of French pastry-making in these half-day thematic dessert workshops. Classes are for private groups from 2 to 12 people and is dedicated to a particular French dessert: Macarons, Pate a Choux, Seasonal Fruit Tarts, or one of the “classics.” The group chooses the theme from our list of available workshops. You’ll learn how to create both beautiful and delicious pastries and you’ll take a box of your creations with you when you leave.
We organize small group vacations designed around a specific theme, markets & villages of Provence, French pastries, etc. Our vacations are an immersion into the Provencal lifestyle. We’ll visit the famous and not-yet-discovered towns, tucked-away villages and seaside spots, shop at the colorful markets, dine at the best restaurants in the region, and more.
